HOUSTON, TX -January 24, 2024 — Today ICOM AI, the leading automotive AI solution provider, launched their integration with Xtime Service Schedule, bringing unparalleled customer communication and support to dealership customers.
Xtime-powered dealers can now harness the capabilities of ICOM AI SMS conversations and send service appointment recommendations and reminders for their service department customers.
For both inbound and mass outbound outreach, ICOM AI will now be able to send out recommendations by text for needed appointments based on pending services, and will encourage the dealership customer to book a service appointment online or immediately over the phone, or they can schedule a call with a representative. If a service appointment is not made, the system will politely continue to send reminders to the customer to book the appointment.
After the appointment is made, a reminder text with their date and time of service will be sent automatically from ICOM AI. With the integration in place, the customer will have an option to cancel or reschedule their service when they receive an incoming text reminder about the appointment.
